From NetOne Zambia to Minor Hotels: A New Chapter in My IT Journey

I am excited to share a major career milestone in my journey.

After an incredible experience serving as an L2 Support Engineer at NetOne Zambia, I have officially transitioned into a new role as an IT Officer at Minor Hotels — a position I have genuinely looked forward to for a long time.

This transition represents more than just a change in title. It reflects growth, resilience, continuous learning, and the importance of staying committed to your goals even when the journey is not always straightforward. My time at NetOne Zambia helped sharpen my technical, problem-solving, and customer support skills, while also teaching me the value of teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

As I step into this new chapter with Minor Hotels, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute, grow further in enterprise IT operations, and continue building solutions that create impact.
